Pastor Brian and Cesia Alphin have been called by God to start an Independent Baptist Church in Washington, NC. Their sending/reproducing church is Calvary Baptist Church in New Bern, NC, Pastor Bill Wingard. They surrendered to God’s call to church planting in early 2015 and have been on deputation raising funds for the church plant since March, 2015.
